The deal available starting tomorrow that must be purchased by Tuesday…Big Daddy’s Burgers!  I have to tell you, I’ve never been there, mostly because the word ‘burger’ is in the business name.  We all know S is not a fan of beef.  So, I perused the menu because…I love food.  And I started my 457th diet yesterday.  Would there even be anything we could both eat?

Oh, yeah!  They offer so many options that my mouth was watering.  I can have my burger in a lettuce wrap.  No carbs!  No cheating!  No worries!  And they have salads and build your own salads.  They have some interesting meat substitutes like buffalo, Asian pork and black bean burger.  And since they offer chicken wings, we can officially say there is something for everyone.  Yes, even a gluten-free menu.  Whew!

Buy the deal, $10 for $20 and use it by October 11th.  Plenty of time.

Then on Friday, April 15th, a second deal.  This one…super fun!  Drive to Troutman and spend the day with the family at Zootastic.  This is a family run business, no government funding.  And they have a great variety of wildlife to check out…including a petting zoo!  There’s a new red kangaroo named Boomer.  S said I can’t have him.  Pictures on the website show a young kid holding a skunk.  I promised I didn’t want that.

What I did want was a nice day of fun with nature.  Zootastic promises all that and more…like two tigers!  Oh my!

They have special events, like April 23rd…Easter Egg Hunt!  They are even giving away 100 bunnies!  Bring a picnic lunch and make a day of it.  I would.
